Really wish I would’ve read these reviews before purchasing from Flowers by Karen!!! Ordered a $60 bouquet with a $4.99 card, and paid an ADDITIONAL $15 for them to deliver these flowers to Ocean Springs Hospital (which by the way is .07 miles away and a 4 minute commute) I really don’t understand how you’re charging $15 to drive some flowers not even a mile down the road but okay. Total of $85.59 after taxes and THEY DIDNT MAKE THE BOUQUET OR DELIVER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When my friend messaged me and let me know she didn’t receive the flowers I told her I had ordered, I called the florist (who said “let me see if I can find that order”), then called the hospital and they told me they had not received anything!! I attempted to call Karen back multiple times to see what was going on with the flowers I had ordered and let her know the hospital never received them and when she finally picked up she HUNG UP ON ME! Then, would not pick up the phone at all. I had to drive all the way down to her shop to confront her in person. She made excuses. Said the systems were down. Said the new “company” she is using for online orders was messing up. Essentially made every excuse in the book instead

Don't expect the arrangement you order to look anything like what she has listed on her site- it's expensive flowers, false advertising and she'll send a few roses and carnations in a cheap dollar store vase. Ordered flowers for my mom's 65th birthday from this local florist. Delivery was nothing like what I ordered, Business owner Karen was very apologetic but ultimately she's posting options on her website that look nothing like what she sends clients and said "I'm sorry you feel that way". This was the 2nd time I ordered from her store, last time was Mothers Day 2024, same thing happened.
